The Avon Vale Hunt Branch was established in 1947 and is part of Pony Club Area 14. The branch is located in Wiltshire and has some 240 Members.

The Avon Vale Pony Club runs four annual camps, has groups for dressage, show jumping, tetrathlon, mounted games and horse trials as well as running daytime and evening rallies, pleasure rides, hunter trials and dismounted activities.

Internationally The Pony Club has a membership of over 110,000 across 18 countries, making it the largest association of riders in the world. Most British equestrian medal winners at The Olympics and World Championships have been Members of The Pony Club.
